Subject: Kielder Forest Rally
The Kielder Forest Rally takes place on Saturday 17th June. With almost 45 miles of stages utilising three double-run stages, we need marshals to help the event run. The event is a round of the BTRDA Championship, Jordan Road Surfacing BTRDA Historic Cup, Motorsport UK English Rally Championship, SG Petch ANECCC Championship, Motoscope HRCR Northern Historic Stage Rally Championship and the MG£ Championship, so a good entry is envisaged.
As Chief Marshal, I’m looking for Instage marshals, Timing marshals, Radio marshals and Service Area marshals. All registered marshals will receive an event gift and a goody bag. All stages are run twice and sign on times likely between 0830 – 0945 mean it won’t be a disgustingly early start. The last car is expected to clear the last stage by 1630, so the finish shouldn’t be too bad either.
