Rainworth Skoda Stages Rally & Junior Stages Rally – Leconfield – 29 August 2021

You might be aware the Sheffield and Hallamshire  Motor club are running a stage rally on Leconfield at the end of August

Jon Leckonby who helps on many of our events has given me some brief details for marshals but admits things are rather late.

He says

Details are being worked on but assume ‘COVID’ online signing on, marshals to arrive 7-7.30, bring your own food and plenty of water. MOD will need everyone’s ID. More info to follow ASAP! At this point we need marshals, radios, and timing, start and stop line crews – so all offers gratefully received!.

Rally Yorkshire – Langdale stage – 25 September 2021

North Humberside will not be running Langdale this year on Rally Yorkshire . Trackrod Motor Club wanted a commitment very early in the year from us and given the ongoing Covid pandemic we were unable to commit to this at such an early stage.

They have therefore appointed a new stage Commander in Chris Andrews from Buccaneer Motor Club

However we will be involved in the stage with marshals etc.

If you can help on this year stage please email Chris chrisandrews81@btinternet.com

If you have a preference such as timekeeping or something please let him know.

Stage details are

  • 13 miles of stage
  • Both BTRDA and BRC Championships will be running
  • First competing Car around 13:11 so a decent time sign on time

Targa Rally – 25 July 2021

Ian Sadofsky on behalf of North Humberside Motor Club  has  agreed to run a test or tests on this new Targa Rally on July 25 th all based on Catterick Army Camp.. First test is at 08.30 and finished by 16.30.

Classic car show – 12 September 2021

I have received details of a classic car event, at Epworth near Doncaster on the 12th September, if anyone is interested.

I have pleasure in attaching the Exhibitor Booking Form, together with the Terms & Conditions, for your completion and return at your earliest convenience. We are now able to accept electronic payment should you wish to utilise this facility but ask that you still complete & return the Booking Form with a self-addressed envelope in order that we may provide you with Exhibitor Car Pass, directions to the event etc in due course.

Sutton-on-Derwent Classic Run – 15 August 2021

Now that entries are open for the Caves Classic on the 4th July, I thought I would send details of the next classic run organised by North Humberside Motor Club so you can make a note of the date.

The Sutton on Derwent classic will be held on the 15th August starting and finishing at Sutton on Derwent near York. I will send another message when entries are open.

The Lookout Stages Rally will take place at Melbourne Airfield on Sunday 11 July where we aim to run 6 stages with a total distance around 45 miles.
