This Sunday (10th May) a working party, carried out some preparation work on Melbourne Airfield. Rob Brook has arranged a delivery of concrete on Sunday 23rd May. We need some volunteers to help lay this concrete, any offer of help would be great fully appreciated.

The April edition of Spotlight (the SD34 Motorsport Group magzine) is now available at http://sd34msg.org.uk/newsletter/
Robert Newlove has forwarded an email from Spotlight’s editor:
The world as we knew it has gone to pot
No Motorsport until July at the soonest and even that might be optimistic
Despite a lot of events being ‘ready to go’ when the ban is lifted it will not be just that simple.
Going to try to keep Spotlight going as long as possible

2) Future Plans for when this is all over
3) More jokes (there will be more blank spaces to fill)
4) What you are doing to fill the time that has suddenly arrived

An appeal from LARA (the Motoring Organisations’ Land Access and Recreation Association) posted on behalf of GLASS (the Green Lane Association):
No matter where you live almost every green laner and trail rider has heard of Happy Valley, Carn March Arthur, The Wayfarer and Horseshoe. These are some of the most iconic green lanes in the UK, but damage has been caused by those who choose to act outside the responsible green laning community. This, coupled with the impact of weather and water erosion, has left local authorities with some hefty repair bills they simply cannot cover – so we need to take steps to bring these important routes back to their former glory.
Good evening,
Rod has asked me to circulate the information to the team.
Kind regards
Nicola
